Reporting a mistake

Corrections are the most useful messages we get. Minecraft changes with every update, and a recipe or drop rate that was right last year can be wrong today. To get a fix in quickly, include:

• The page link, copied from your browser.
• What’s wrong, quoted if you can (“the page says 2 blaze powder, it’s 1”).
• Your edition and version, Java or Bedrock, and the version number from the title screen. Many differences between pages and your game come down to edition.
• A screenshot or a source, if you have one. A screenshot from your own world is often the quickest proof.

We check every report against the game and the references in our fact-checking process. When a correction holds up, we fix the page and update its review date.

Prices and payment information

Prices and payment options in Bangladesh change often. If a price on Minecraft price in Bangladesh or a payment route on buying Minecraft with bKash no longer matches what you see, tell us what your store shows and the date you checked.

What we can’t help with

minecraft.bd is an independent fan site, not Mojang or Microsoft. We can’t recover accounts, reset passwords, process refunds, unban players or fix purchases. For those, go straight to the official channels listed on official Minecraft support.

We also don’t sell accounts, keys or “cheap” copies of the game, and we never ask for your password. If someone claims to be us and asks for login details or payment, it isn’t us.

Privacy

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which guides are read most. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you. Messages you send on WhatsApp are only used to answer you and fix the site. Our editorial policy covers the rest of how the site works.
